Terms of Use

1. What HoldMyCall is
HoldMyCall is operated by HoldMyCall Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17410091), registered office: Unit 82a, James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, IP28 7DE. "We" and "us" in these terms mean HoldMyCall Ltd.
HoldMyCall places outbound phone calls on your behalf using an AI voice agent. You give the agent an objective and any supporting information; it dials the number you choose, handles the conversation, and reports back with a summary, transcript and recording.
The agent always discloses that it is an AI assistant at the start of a call. It never pretends to be a human being.
2. Your account
By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. The service is designed for use in the UK.
Your account is personal to you. Keep your login details safe: you are responsible for activity on your account unless it results from something we got wrong.
3. No guarantee of outcomes
Some organisations may refuse to speak to an AI agent or to anyone other than the account holder. HoldMyCall cannot control or guarantee whether any third party will engage with the agent, and we make no guarantee that any objective you set will be achieved. Where a call does not succeed, the report will explain what happened so you can follow up yourself.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use HoldMyCall for:
- spam, marketing or cold-calling of any kind;
- harassment, abuse or repeated unwanted contact;
- deception, impersonation or any attempt to disguise the fact that an AI agent is calling;
- calls to emergency services;
- negotiating, agreeing or transacting financial matters. The agent is instructed to refuse any payment, financial commitment or contract change, and to say the account holder will follow up;
- any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or close accounts used in breach of these rules.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give the agent, and for specifying any rules or guardrails you want it to follow on your call. The agent will only share the information you provide for that call, so include only details you are happy for it to disclose.
By providing personal data for a call (yours or anyone else's), you confirm you have the right to share it for that purpose.
6. Your calls and reports
The recordings, transcripts and reports from your calls are yours. We process and store them only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy, and they are deleted on the schedule set out there.
7. Pricing
The private beta is free. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance and you will never be charged without explicitly signing up to a paid plan.
8. Beta service, liability
HoldMyCall is currently in private beta and is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Features may change or be withdrawn.
Because the service is free, our total liability to you arising from your use of it is capped at £100. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
9. Ending your account
You can close your account at any time by emailing us; we will delete your data as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, and because this is a beta we may also withdraw the service itself, in which case we will give you reasonable notice and a chance to export your reports.
10. Changes to these terms
If we make a material change to these terms we will email the address on your account before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, you can close your account.
